1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the One Anchor Automation website and our related services.
By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

 

2. Services

OAA provides automation setup, workflow integration, and system management services for trades and small businesses.
Our base subscription is $249 per month, which covers setup, support, and management as described on our website.
Additional costs (e.g. Twilio SMS usage, ServiceM8 subscriptions) are billed separately or passed through at cost.

 

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information for onboarding

  • Maintain valid subscriptions for any required third-party platforms (unless managed by OAA)

  • Use our services lawfully and ethically

 

4. Payments & Cancellations

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.

  • You may cancel at any time with 14 days’ written notice via email.

  • Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused time.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, branding, and content on the OAA website are owned by One Anchor Automation.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without written permission.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

OAA provides all services in good faith and makes no guarantee of specific financial or business outcomes.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or website.

 

7. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

We integrate with platforms like ServiceM8, Make, Twilio, HubSpot, and Xero.
Your use of these tools is also governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

 

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Fees remain unpaid

  • Terms are breached

  • Activities are found to be unlawful or harmful to our systems

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Queensland.
